   I haven't upgraded my WP since I've installed it, but thought maybe I should. Can I upgrade from the version I am running, which is I believe 2.2 (that's what is said at the bottom of the pages on the backend next to the WP logo) to the latest version without problem, or do I need to upgrade to the intermediate versions before?

   Always remember to backup your database first so you can go back to it if necessary.

   Excellent, thank you very much. I try to backup my db regularly anyway, but thanks for the reminder.
