   I've just created a website for my wife for her new business project. She has asked if it is possible to see how many times the "download registration form" img has been clicked. This is linked to a PDF that automatically downloads the PDF to your computer (She's getting quite excited about her business!) the page with the link is here: http://www.littlesplodgers.com/pre-school-sessions/

   I have the "WordPress.com Stats" Plugin installed and have linked with Google analytics. neither seems to be showing it. Any ideas?

   You might want to look for a downloads manager plugin. Or see if your hosts offer any traffic stats or stats analysis that might help.

   I've wrote a content filter that will add tracking code to links for google analytics.

   Provided that you use GA and the links are in the main body of your content you should be good to go.
