Can I show posts w/ future timestamps NOW?

I already have eventcalendar3 installed, but I still need another copy of it, and i can’t get around to making it work with 2 copies, so I am trying to kind of use posts as an event calendar

what I want to do is kind of post in future dates (example, 20 august 2008) and set those posts in one category. I then want to call the titles of these posts on my sidebar, and I have found the way to do that. but the thing is, since their time is in the future, they don’t show up YET on my blog. Is there a way I can trick the system to show them, with their future dates, in my blog?

maybe a plugin can get around to doing that or something?
