can i show only relevant categories and post count on the date page

    On the date archives, I want to restrict the categories to the posts for that particular date.

    Is that possible?

    Suppose the category ‘fruit’ has 30 posts
    10 posts are in June

    When viewing the date archive for June, I want to show the category widget with the category ‘fruit’ with only the 10 posts for June
