I want to give access to another user as admin but want to hide certain menu options from him for security reasons like appearance and plugins. How can this be achieved.

You can't chnage rights with this plugin. The plugin give the chance to hide areas and items for different roles, not more.
But you can change the roles and his capabilities with the plugin Members.

    Hi Frank.

My question isn't exactly the same as nims.. I've installed your plugin which seems to be very complete however I'm still not sure if it can help me. I need to have 3 different type of users, each one will be able tosee different content. For example, in one page with text and some links, all users have to able to read the text but the links will only be able for 2 of them. Is this possible with your plugin? Thank you!
