   I can't figure out how to get rid of the comments at the bottom of my pages. I am trying to run this as a straight website and not a blog with interactive comments from other users. I am new to wordpress so I need help.

   Admin - Settings - Discussion - Allow people to post comments on new articles

   Uncheck "Allow people to post comments on new articles"
