Can I recommend a plugin in my own?

    I’m creating a bunch of CMS plug-ins and a complete one to turn WordPress into a CMS for websites.

    Ofcourse I don’t create all the plug-ins in this CMS myself. Can I recommend these plug-ins (like NextGEN) in my own plug-in with a download link to them?

    It’ll be like a plug-in collection that turns WordPress into a CMS.

    This no problem recommending plugins, if your were stealing code and packaging it together and then reselling it that’s a different thing. I’m sure the plugin authors your recommending would be glad to get the links.
