   Hi
   i just use wordpress today and modify the theme pic by using my own pic.
   I think it's ok?
   I hope i dont break any law or rule?

   If it's a GPL licensed theme you can change anything you want.

   Yes it is. That's the theme delivered with WordPress and it is GPL.
