Can I Moderate Reviews?

My client wants to add a Star Rating system with review comments to her website. Will she be able to moderate the reviews/comments before them being shown on the page?

It’s a pharmaceutical company, so their product reviews and webpage in general should be free of any trolling or nastiness.

As well, do these reviews/ratings feed into Google’s rating system (i.e. rich snippets on SERPs)?
