   With Woocommerce can I mass add and edit products?

   Say, using a CSV file or something?

   I haven't really used Woocmmerce yet - will implement later
   So not sure how products are added or where they're stored

   There is some bulk *editing* via the backend, similar to how you can bulk edit posts.

   For more power however, and to bulk *add* there is the "product CSV import suite" http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/. This allows you to add and merge products.

   Very happy to pay - but can you confirm that the code doesn't have any encrypted base64 or other 'call home' code?
