Can I make the editor toolbar stick on top when I scroll down my post

Is it possible to make the toolbar of the post editor sticky to the top of the screen when I scroll down a post. This is my main issue with WP editor, that when a post gets long and you have to scroll down, the toolbar disappears. It makes for so much unnecessary extra scrolling when you want to do simple edits in a post.

I can’t be the only person who finds this very annoying. Has anyone come up with a plugin to fix this.
