   Can I insert ads automatically into posts with Advertising Manager without insert [ad] code into each post ?

   I install it but i do not think its works !?

   i just ignore the "Top Ad" i do not want the ad before post and i insert the Adsense code in the "Bottom Ad" and click update but going to posts and nothing appears after the text ..

   dose it work for new post only ? or also older posts ?

   This works for all posts, new and old. Make sure you've filled out all the settings in the options page correctly. Also, a new version of the plugin was released on the 29th. Be sure to try that. Otherwise the plugin does have it's own support forum here: http://www.johnkolbert.com/forum/smart-ads/

   We can keep the discussion here just as well if you'd like, but I'm not always able to/remember to check these forums too often
