Can I enter multiple eBay category ID numbers in my "settings" and "affiliate mage" folder?

For example, I do this now -

    11868

This number above is for eBay category "lipstick".

Can I use several numbers that might relate to my number above? Maybe by separating them with a comma or space?

    For example -

    11868 36413 21023
    11868, 36413, 21023
    11868,36413,21023

The second set of numbers are "makeup sets & kits" and "makeup bags & cases".

    Thanks for any help.

  2. Are you using a specific plugin for this?

The plug-in I'm using is called Affiliate Mage from Greg Jacobs at WordPress Mage.

There is a box with this plug-in that you can enter an eBay category ID number in, usually I just put one.

    For example - 11868

Then Affilaite Mage is supposed to draw up auctions from this (11868) number on my website. I'm an eBay Partner Network member.

I didn't know if I put several auction numbers in this box, if it would draw up several auction categories of products.

I guess my goal, if this can be done, is if I'm selling shoes, I can enter in several different auction categories that sell shoes, but one auction could be heels, another tennis shoes, and another boots. They are all shoes, but in different eBay auction categories.

    For example -

    11868 36413 21023
    11868, 36413, 21023
    11868,36413,21023

If this can't be done using Affiliate Mage, then I will just enter one auction category ID number like - 11868

What are your thoughts on this?

  4. My thoughts are that you're using a WordPress plugin that isn't hosted on the repository and IS on a site that violates WP trademark policy (by having wordpress in the domain name).

    http://wordpressmagereview.org/greg-jacobs-wordpress-mage/

You need to go to that site and get help there. The plugin's violating policy and we really shouldn't be supporting it here.

Ok Ipstenu, it sounds like too much hassle and I'll remove the plug-in.

Don't want to get in trouble with WordPress.

    Thanks for you help!

  6. Nah, it's no trouble it's just kind of a weird thing :) When people violate one policy, you start wondering how many. I didn't dig too far down to see if the guy was still on GPL. The real issue is that once you're that far off, not a lot of people here USE the plugin :/
