Yes. Go to OPTIONS/ Reading. The top element on that page allows you to choose the largest number of posts that should be displayed. Mine is set at twelve, instead of the default of ten.

Yes, you can display more than 10. There’s a setting at the top of the plugin file that sets the max for the plugin. You’ll need to change it there. A bit inconvenient, sorry.
I am subcribed to a feed that has more than 20 items, I installed the plugin but still it has maximum feed items in the widget

Open the plugin file and change the upper limit. The admin interface only lets you go up to that upper limit, which is currently set at 10.
The setting is in the file (not the admin) for the benefit of WPMU administrators.
