Do I have to delete folders, etc, if I haven't touched the blog yet, ie nothing is in it? Will 2.2 automatically override the 2.0 version? Thanks.

I deleted most 2.0 through my server/host, (and can recover anything for a week from my trash can.)
Here is what I have now:
wp-content
index.php
post_install.htm
wp-config-sample.php
wp-config.php
wp-login.php
wp-register.php.
Remember, my blog is completely empty so far, I just want to upgrade what my host gave me (in 2 seconds, but this is taking me much longer...)
Should I delete more? I hope the upgrade will know to go to my wordpress folder...
Also delete wp-login.php and wp-register.php.
