I w’d like to have my wordpress multisite fully white labeled. Do I have any problem If I rename the files like wp-admin,wp-login etc ? I am not an expert in PHP .

I will put a link to wordpress.org at the bottom and about us pages.

Technically, you can do whatever you want, but the filenames are so embedded in the core code and relied upon by several plugins that changing them will be a massive undertaking, not to mention that the automated upgrade system will be permanently broken.

You can whitelabel a whole lot through the use of plugins and various defines in the config file.
