Can I customize emails sent by "Custom Contact Form"?

I am enjoying the flexibility of Custom Contact Forms to allow visitors to email me, but I am wondering if there is a way to adjust how the resulting email is displayed, particularly in the body of the email.

I would like the Message field to be separated from the other fields with a space and to allow breaks within the Message, so it would look like this:

Email: example@eaxmple.com
Name: example
Email Subject:

Message:
Dear soinso,

Example body of Message.

Signed,
Example

Is there a way to do this? If it isn’t anything too complicated I’d be willing to learn, I just don’t know where else to look for help right now. Thanks for any suggestions!
