Can I Create a Static Home Page with Twenty Ten?

    I’m wondering if its possible to easily create a static home page with the Twenty Ten theme? If I go to Settings > Reading – there is no button to select for making a static home page like any other theme I’ve used. Can’t believe they don’t offer that feature. Do I need to use a different theme?
