I'd like to create a menu with submenus. The submenus will link to URLs or pages, but I want the heading to just be a heading, and not link to anything. Can I do that? If so, how?

What are you using to make the menu?
If you are using the WP 3.0 Menu system, use the Custom Links box with a URL of '#' (without the quotes) and a label that will show in your menu.
