1. I would like to change the title of the website
from “eagerlic wordpress theme”
to=”digitalhandshakerealty.com”
is it possible with this theme? If so, could you please tell me how?
I do not see a way on the website’s dashboard

The theme uses an image to display that text which can be found at http://digitalhandshakerealty.com/wp-content/themes/eagerlic/eagerlic/images/logo.png.
You can either directly replace that image with your own image or your other option is to modify the theme files to remove the image and add in your own text.
