Even if there is a way to embed a post in the page it would do.
Front Page can point to either a Static Page or your Latest Posts. So there are a few combinations that can be set (Home & Blog refer to Pages):
1) Front page displays: Don’t show any posts or page
2) Front page displays: your latest posts =Displays posts
3) Front page displays: A static Page
Posts page: –Select–
Front page: –Select– =Displays posts
4) Front page displays: A static Page
Posts page: –Select–
Front page: Home =Displays static page
5) Front page displays: A static Page
Posts page: Blog
Front page: –Select– =Displays posts
6) Front page displays: A static Page
Posts page: Blog
Front page: Home =Displays static page
Option 6 should work for you.

To be more specific,I was referring to the ‘Featured Pages Options’.
Is it possible to show post in one of the rounded button in the front page?

Thank you very close to what I want to achieve.
It is strange but in the Posts page option I only find link to my pages and even after selecting them there is no effect on the website.

My ‘Latest’ link is a blank Page. All it has is a Featured Image to generate the Zoom image on the Front Page.
Maybe you’re looking for a Posts link which you don’t actually need? Create an empty Page called Posts if that helps.
