Can I change cookie expiry unit to "hour"

Overall it’s a great plugin!

I am trying to make sure that all mobile users will be redirected once per visiting session. Since there are ones who visit more than once in a day, it would be more flexible if I can set cookie expiry days to “hours” rather than days.

Are there any code I can change to achieve this?
