   Does WordPress generate any log files that are accessible to the account holder? I am trying to gather some IP information from one of my users who has been flaming my blog under what I believe are mutliple names. I wish to block their IP address from my blog, and if I can get that from the log files that can help me do that.

   No, that's the role of your webserver software. Speak to your host about accessing the access logfiles for your domain.
