I am using the Bootstore theme for an ecommerce site. The bootstore steme is version No. 1.6.4. When I run a speed test via http://tools.pingdom.com, it shows that one of the requests are for a css file that has nothing on it (0 KB).

    It is http://whiztoy.com/?sccss=1?sccss=1

Can this be deleted and how can I delete this file?

    Thanks for helping.

Post the log from that website because the link you provided doesn't lead anywhere nor does it say on which folder the file exist.

In any case, deleting a CSS file of 0kb should have no effect on your website since it has 0 lines of code, if it was used in any way I believe the theme would write something to it at some point.

    You can do two things:
    1. Look at your header.php and see where that CSS file is being called, if you want to remove it simply comment out the line / erase it.
    2. Go to the actual location of the file and rename it / erase it. (Using FTP)

First try deactivating all plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.
