Any one of the 84 ERRORS could be causing it, most likely the assortment of unclosed tags. An unclosed div tag tends to shift things around, fix up the errors, that should correct the problem and then you can wallow in self-glory for having a valid site too!
EDIT: The page that does display correctly only has 64 errors, so I’m guessing its one of the additional errors on the front-page causing it.

If you haven’t touched the theme, then have you considered that it’s something to do with an individual post? Try changing the status of those top two posts to “draft” and see if the issue goes away.
I’m not sure what exactly is the problem for your site, but I did notice that neither the main page nor the boda boda page validates. Perhaps fixing those errors will get your site working properly again.
Otherwise, I would guess it has something to do with widths, but I didn’t see any obviously too-wide images. One thing that has helped me a lot (as a relative CSS newbie) is to assign a different background color to each CSS item like “post,” “widecolumn,” “page,” etc. Then you can see exactly how the layout works and figure out which elements need to be modified.
