I admin the site but there's an editor that really runs it on a day to day basis. Is there a way I can let him manage the users so I can just focus on the coding and design when necessary?

The editor role does not generally have access to users. You could alter that behavior by using a role manager plugin and allow user edit capabilities for the editor role.

I have Members installed. What option should I enable for him? That would be a huge help for me? Is it edit_users?

Seems to have done the trick. Thanks! This will save me a lot of headache. It's challenging because I, as the admin, get all the emails from the site so I can't put in a distribution email as my email because I don't need everyone getting all of those. I figured out a workaround. I selectively forward emails to the mail account depending on reply to address and subject line (which I determined) to the editor helping me. I think this solution will do everything I need. Thank you for developing this plugin. It's really very useful.
