   I really like this theme http://essence.ithemes.com/ but I don't have the $99 they are charging for it. I think it is worth it, I just don't have the cash.

   Can anyone point me to a free theme that is similar?

   There are a number of free and not-free themes available there. They're very good too, I'm sure you'll find one you like! ( I wish I was on commision!)

   Do a search for newspaper/magazine WordPress themes.

   @Srikat I will take a look around. Those ones on the site you pointed me to are really bad.

   Anyone know of one that actually look similar?
