Can access WP_Admin, but can’t view site

    After a recent install of WP (and successful update to 2.3.3) I am able to access the blog through WP_Admin and everything is fine. I can post, edit, change the theme, etc. But when I click “view site” through the admin page I get a message that the site is under construction. I get the same message if I go directly to the site from the browser. It seems like I’m missing something very basic here. A file? A host setting?

    Any pointers for a new user? Thanks
