From all of a sudden, when I was trying to upgrade my wordpress to the newest, it asks for my ftp address and password.
The problem is I am putting the correct address and pass, and it says it´s wrong.
The same happens when I try to upgrade my plugins.
What could be goind wrong?

Then Maybe this plugin can help you... Its better if you can ask your host to fix the permissions issue, or if its your own server, to fix it yourself but the plugin might help:
