Call to undefined function wp_cache_init() error

    Hi All,

    I tried to install wordpress but I get a blank screen when i go the install url: http://www.wildlyluxurious.com/wp-admin/install.php and in my error logs on the webserver I have the following errrors:

    [Wed Aug 16 16:42:54 2006] [error] [client 162.119.64.113] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_init() in /var/www/html/wp-settings.php on line 113

    What does this mean? Any ideas?
