Call to undefined function jetpack_is_mobile() (2 posts)

Hi, I'm getting this error message -

Fatal error: Call to undefined function jetpack_is_mobile() in /home1/loveyow0/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/custom-css/custom-css.php on line 17

The only thing I can think would have caused it is when I went to jetpack and clicked to activate custom css. Then when I tried to click to another page, I kept getting that message.

I can't log in to my dashboard or anything as I just keep getting this message. So I thought I might be able to fix the problem in my webhost (I'm with Bluehost)account file manager, and I've found the line the message refers to, I just don't know what I need to do to fix it.

I also can't access my website as a "customer".

Can anybody help? I can't get any access to my website at all. I need to fix this fast!

    Thanks

Could you try to connect to your site via FTP, delete all Jetpack plugin files, and reinstall the plugin manually, as explained here:

Let me know if it helps.
