Call Product Image and Description Using Radio Button

Hi
I would like to know how to call the woocommerce product image and short description field when a radio button is selected.
For example, I select shampoo then the shampoo would appear and if i select the soap from the radio button the soap product would appear and when they hit submit it will go straight to the checkout page or registration page if not registered or login page if not currently log in
