I need a quick answer to a fairly simple question.
I am wanting my posts to have separation.
What I mean is, I want a transparent bar between each post... is there a way to make that happen?

I'm not sure what you mean by transparent. If all you need to do is add spacing between posts then it's very simple. All of your posts are already in a div with the class post. Just add a reference to .post on your style sheet and give it some bottom margin/padding.
