    Hello !

local fresh install for tests with :

    Easy PHP 5.3.9
    wordpress 3.6.1
    woocomerce 2.0.14
    Event Calendar & Ticketing 2.2.1

Create venues, organizers, sponsors, speakers and 3 events

Inserting [events_calendar] in a page or article doesn't work: [events_calendar] appear as a text on the page.

    Any idea ?

You have to insert the shortcode in "text" mode of the editor. Make sure you do that, otherwise the WP editor changes the shortcode to a point that it won't work. Let us know the result.

No I didn't use text mode

woocommerce shortcode work 100% in the same page

Also widgets is displaying first events with no thumbs and no price and following events have 2 times the same starting dates/hours not starting and ending.

My install is really basic...no extra plugins.

View your post / page in text mode and make sure there are not HTML "code" wrappers or other encoded chars in the shortcode. The TinyMCE editor can sometimes inject unwanted stuff.

No html code ...I of course check...what's strange is that if I install woocommerce and do the same test; Woocommerce shortcode are working fine in the same page.

Works fine for us and so far you're the only person with a shortcode problem. Are you using a default WordPress theme or custom theme?
