Calendar in UTC, despite local time-zone settings:

    What I’m trying to accomplish:
Display 2 event feeds (in several places).
    Screenshots: widget settings, sidebar code

    What I’m experiencing:
Next days’ events start to appear at 5pm local time (PDT), which happens to be 0:00am UTC (PDT=UTC-7). This makes me believe the calendar is somehow set to UTC.

    What I’ve done:
WordPress is set to PDT (LA time zone).
Tried leaving the feed settings in standard time and also specifying time zone.
Screenshots: feed 1 settings, feed 2 settings, WordPress timezone settings

    WordPress version: 3.9.1
    GCE plug-in version: 0.7.2

    PHP Version: 5.4.29
    Server Software: Apache

On preview, this sounds related to another bug report <http://wordpress.org/support/topic/timezone-set-to-default-not-changing-properly>. I will try installing the plug-in’s development version as recommended in that thread and report back.

    Thanks for all your work.

It appears that what's linked to as the development version in the above referenced similar thread, is actually 0.7.2. This is the same version that I'm running.

As such, I'm not expecting any difference in behavior. But I'll see for sure at 5 PDT.

Wow! Installed the dev version manually and the time zone works perfectly now!
    Thank you, previous thread!

This was surprising because the development version still identifies itself as 0.7.2.

But, hey, as long as it works, I'm happy! Changing to resolved.

    Thanks again!
