    Hi,

I tried to use the plugin, but the calendar is not displayed when to make the prediction, and the Submit button is not working. You can check yourself at http://www.pariurisport.org/test-11/ (I will keep this test for some days and, if you do not answer or I do not find a solution, I have to delete the post and uninstall the plugin.

Looking at your test page there is a Javascript error that prevents the calendar displaying and the submit button working.

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token )

It looks like you have some caching plugin that minimises the Javascript files on your site and that may be the cause.

I suggest you deactivate the caching/minimising plugin and see if that helps.

If you still have the same problem leave the caching plugin deactivated and come back here. It will be easier to identify the cause without the code being mangled by the plugin.

Thank you ianhaycox, you are right, it was the cache plugin, W3 Total Cache, in fact its option Minify. I replaced it with WP Super Cache and now it works like a charm.

I have deleted the test page.
