Catalog Tree not showing secondary categories

I have the Pro installed, and have one main category and two secondary categories on my PDF-files. The structure shows all categories, but the files is only shown in the main category node. The files is all registered with at least two of the secondary cateories, but is not shown in the secondary tree node. Why?
