Caching Issue

Hey guys, I’m really desperate for help here. I’m trying to run a auction website for my school, and everything is working excellently other than the fact that all of the auctions are being cached and will not update until the browser is manually refreshed while on the specific page that holds the auctions. You can even close out of your browser or go to a different page and, upon returning, the auctions will not have updated. You can see all of this by noticing that the time remaining on the auctions does not update until refreshed (neither does the price when bids are made). I turned off caching in my developer tools and that solved the problem, but I need to know how to make this not happen for my users. The website is ncuauction.com if anyone cares to take a look.
