Cache Working but Hardly . Adjust .htaccess File? (2 posts)

After installing WP Super Cache, GTmetrix still shows my browser caching as being horrible: http://gtmetrix.com/reports/firstquarterfinance.com/kg1sYMJv

Do I need to re-write my .htaccess file? I've been researching on my own for hours and I'm frustrated. I adjusted the plugin using the 'advanced' settings but only to what was 'recommended'. Every change I've made has helped the site performance. But now I'm extremely stuck.

If I should adjust the .htaccess file, what should it look like?

    Please help.

    Thank you.

    Hi!

The "bad" results there talk mostly about leveraging a visitor's browser's cache. They actually link to a good explanation of what this means and how to achieve it (if you click the "Learn More" link in the results):

Let me know if you need further help with that!
