Cache update

When in production environment I enabled W3 Total Cache and noticed that although new “recommends” are recorded, if I reload/re-visit the page the number of “recommends” has gone back to the previous amount. If I manually clear the cache then the number displays correctly.

Would it be possible for i-recommend-this to clear the page/post’s cache when the ajax call comes through if caching is enabled? Sorry I know this might be out of scope of your elegant plugin.
