Cache Clearing Question?

    I’ve noticed that the contents of this “www.aquariumcarebasics.com” folder has folders in it named for old pages and posts that I used to have up but no longer are on my site.

    Path: wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/www.aquariumcarebasics.com

    Inside these folders are files entitled “_index.html.old” and “_index.html_gzip.old”

    Should these folders with old folders named for old posts be in there? How do I clear them from within WP? Can they be safely deleted? Do I have to manually delete them via FTP?
