Button is no longer working

    The only button I have on site is no longer working. It definitely used to work. I get this message when it tries to load requested page (another page on site).

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxx/xxx.com/index.php:2) in /home/xxxx/xxx/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    I have not tried creating another button as perhaps it is something simple or other.

    I will send given troubleshooting data if needed.

    Have you loaded any other plugins since you last updated MaxButtons? We’ve not seen an issue like this before, so I’m skeptical that it is due to MaxButtons. Let us know if you find some more data.

    I tried deactivating all plugins apart from MaxButtons, but the problem is still the same. Here is the System Info as copied from MaxButtons.

    Once MaxButtons is de-activated do you still get the error? Also, take a look at this piece: http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F People seem to find their fix there generally.

    Also, what is the index.php file referenced in the first error you sent along. is that from a theme?
