Business Directory plugin Send Listing a Message Doesn't send

    Hi. I have the Business Directory plugin v 2.2 installed on WP 3.5 with the DB Paypal Module 1.4.

    I have been unable to get any messages to send using the feedback form under the individual listings.

    I have tried turning off all other plugins without success. I am using recaptcha and it is displaying properly and appears to accept the entries without error. When clicking on send, the form responds as required from the users point f view but the message is never delivered. Email address for the listing is correct. I have tried turning recaptcha off to see if it makes a difference, but it doesn’t.

    If I use other feedback forms external to Business Directory, they send no problem.

    Any suggestions please?

    Hi Brassrazoo,

    What are your settings for comments on the General tab? And what theme are you running? Have you tried a different theme? Does that change the behavior at all?

    Also, have you tried to test for a plugin conflict? Does that have any impact? More info: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

    I don’t appear to have any settings for comments under General, Permalink settings are the defaults, reCaptcha settings are both ticked and codes entered, Directory display Options all ticked, Misc settings un-ticked.

    I’ve already looked through the faq and other suggestions in the business directory forum without any luck, hence I googled further a-field and found some useful posts here. I’ve tried disabling all of the plugins with known issues, in fact I have tried disabling all plugins with the exception of the BD and BD PayPal Module and still no joy. I use the theme Online Marketer, but have tried using the standard Twenty Ten Theme and still no luck.
