Bullets with LEFT aligned Img show incorrect in IE

I want to have my images aligned LEFT with the bulleted list to the right. This works fine in Safari and FF, but wit IE it is showing the bullets inside the leftside of the image and not to the right of the image where it should be with the text. Is there a css fix for this sort of thing. While I realize I can make the image right aligned for my website the images are crucial and take precedence so I want them to the left. Any assistance is appreciated!
