Bulleted list with long text not aligning

when I post an article and use a html list (bulleted),with long text, the second and subsequent lines do not line up under the first line. This is only happening with my Gazette theme, so I suspect it is something in my style sheet. It’s probably something simple, but I just can’t find it.
