   Hi

   I want to use bullet points within the text in the widget area under the featured are on this page.
   http://www.child-matters.co.uk/

   I have included them within the code but cannot get them to show - for example the first column html code is this...

   I think it may be a bit of code that needs adding to the css but am not sure what.

   Can any one point me in the right direction?

   Hi,

   Yes, the '#home-middle ul, #home-bottom ul' CSS rule sets the bullet points type to 'none'.

   Instead of using this as static HTML directive :
   <ul type="disc">
   just use this as static HTML/CSS rule :
   <ul style="list-style-type:disc;>

   That doesn't seem to have worked. Do I need to add anything to the css for it?

   Sorry.
   Revert the changes you made in the template.
   Just put <ul>

   Now, edit the file style.css and go to :
   

   #home-middle ul li, #home-bottom ul li {
   	list-style-type: none;
   	margin: 0 0 5px 0;
   	padding: 0px;
   	}

   Then, replace :
   list-style-type: none;
   by
   list-style-type: disc;

   Looks like that's being overridden by this CSS:
   

   #home-middle ul li, #home-bottom ul li {
       list-style-type: none;
       margin: 0 0 5px;
       padding: 0;
   }

   If you change the above external CSS, it solves the problem - you don't need the inline CSS you added per the above. Using inline CSS is not recommended except in very limited situations.

   Also, remove style="list-style-type:disc;" from the code below :

   <ul style="list-style-type:disc;">

   <li>Morning/Afternoon/Evening</li>
   ...

   Then edit the file style.css (http://www.child-matters.co.uk/wp-content/themes/enterprise/style.css), go to line 2768 and paste this :

   #home-middle ul li, #home-bottom ul li {
   	list-style-type: disc;
   	margin: 0 0 5px 0;
   	padding: 0px;
   	}
