   For some reason when ever I add bullet points to the text It sends the layout all weird and wonky, eg. different font sizes and no bullet points etc..

   Any clues why this is happening?

   1. I cannot find any page where you use bullet points.
   2. You have a list as menu navigation but it isn't closed properly

   There was a hint in my first reply: Because the menu list isn't closed properly, the lists in the text are probably seen as part of the menu list. So first close the navigational list, then check if the problem is still there.
