  • After your scan, is it flagging a bunch of Problem Found files?

My Scan screen’s New Issues tab is empty since there aren’t any issues, though the Bulk Operation buttons are still there. Nothing to apply Bulk Operations to, so I don’t use it.

Thanks Sdayman. My New Issues Tab shows more than 500 original files modified. I’ve made more than 5 clean-ups before. Reinstalled WordPress, etc.
Many of them may be original files changed but I’m sure some of them might be malware, so I click the option Bulk Select All Deleteable BUT none are selected.
I think that original files database might be outdated so Wordfence inhibits to select them for deleate.

It could be that there are too many for Wordfence select all at once.

500 is a lot of files. Are they all over your site, or just plugins and/or themes?

Why are you trying to delete them instead of repair?

I only have 2 files that seem modified (both readme files that I know were edited. When I bulk select it works. I’m thinking @sdayman might be correct in this. What happens when you manually select 10 of them and choose bulk delete selected files?

Thanks WF Support. I don’t want to delete any files because I ignore if my site is going to break down.
I suggest you put a contact form in your website. I’ve tried to contact you prior to subscribe -questions like this, features, etc.
    Kind regards,

Paid members have access to a ticket system tom log requests. The preferred system for requests, questions, and suggestions is to post here in the support forums. After all, there may be someone who has your same issue down the road and a solution here might save them from having to wait for help. 🙂 To be fair, much of the team’s time is spent developing Wordfence and fixing issues. That’s why I was brought in, to help make sure that forum posts are answered in a timely fashion. I have the ability to escalate issues as well.

So, were you able to select 10 at a time and bulk delete? Or did that not work either? What is your memory set at on the options page?

    Hi @tim:
    – Agree with support via Forums.
    – Unable to select 10 files at a time and bulk delete. Message: No files were selected (already did it marking checkboxes).
    – Memory set at 256 Megabytes.
    Thanks for your great plugin.

    @ahenriod

Thanks for that information and understanding about the forums.
    Also, memory allocation sounds fine.

Would it be possible to get temporary admin access to your site to test and verify? If so, let me know and I’ll send you the contact details to forward the information to.
