Bulk Event Upload

Is there any way to upload events from a .csv file or similar? I have a community centre site to do (pro-bono) and they have been entering events into a Google Calendar. Ignoring recurring events there are still over 300 unique events already in the calendar for 2013/14 – adding these all manually would be impossible around the day job so I need an events management plug-in that can do this.

As Events Manager can output to a Google Calendar, can it do the reverse?
