   Hi all,

   I am searching for a way to bulk edit (Admin > Bulk Edit Posts) custom field data. For each of my posts I use a custom field to set the priority, 1-9, for display on home page. By setting the query_posts in the loop I am able to do so (thanks to some help from the great folks on this forum!).

   So - I'm wondering if there would be a way to replace ... say "Ping Status" in the Bulk Edit Posts dialog? I need for there to be a meta_key drop down and a blank input (like the tag_input) for the meta_value.

   I saw the sections in wp-admin > edit that "seems" deals with some of this but it's scary in there.

   I know I can do that in phpMySQL but my end users can't and frankly having them anywhere near phpMyAdmin scares the life out of me! :)

   Any thoughts?
